`Okika Counseling strives toward providing individualized care and support to all of our clients while taking into consideration each person’s unique therapeutic needs. Our work is based on a foundation of trust, respect, and exceptional care to clients from all walks of life, and we provide mental health counseling, including individual and couples therapy via telehealth in Hawaii and Oregon. We utilize a developmental and attachment-based lens in exploring the various ways our physical, mental, emotional, and environmental world influence the ways we navigate our life, as we work toward a path of healing, increased emotional functioning, and development of self-worth.
